On 4th May 2018, Zurinalaw held a Seminar for the startup community in collaboration with WORQ at the Worq Co-working Space, Glo Damansara.
Titled “Top 10 Legal Issues faced by founders and entrepreneurs”, the seminar discussed various topics affecting entrepreneurs and business owners when running a startup. During the talk, our lawyers discussed various issues affecting startups from common legal issues faced by startup founders, protecting their intellectual property assets, Management of Employees as well as fundraising matters.
